Due to the nature and rapid ongoing growth of the video production and interactive media market, you will be a new business executive who is able to understand and listen to a client’s requirements and expectations in order to provide video or interactive media solutions. Typically, this would include training, promotional, web, online,marketing, induction and sales videos as well as animated graphics and online TV.
With the huge and sustained growth of online video in particular nearly every business or organisation in the UK has the need for a video. These are used to train staff, educated customers, promote products and services, bring websites alive and can be used online, on DVD and Blu-Ray, as part of an e-learning package and in presentations.
Therefore the target customers are almost endless and range from global brands through to SMEs and start-ups
We are looking for a strong successful candidate who has the determination and desire to achieve results in a target driven environment. Ideally you will have a successful track record within sales, selling into businesses and into the public sector within the UK. It would be a distinct advantage to have worked in the media sales sector with experience in selling video production, animation and interactive media.
The right candidate will also have to have a professional and effective telephone manner and will be a strong closer with the ability to work on your own initiative. In return this is an outstanding opportunity to progress as the aggressive growth plans mean you will have the opportunity to grow into a sales management role and develop a sales team as well.
Working from home, you will be provided with some sales leads from our various online brands, however we expect you to build your own sales pipeline.

The business has it’s offices based in rural surroundings conveniently located just off J2 of the M42 Motorway and provides the highest level of customer service to its client base. The ‘commission only’ OTE for this role is £25k to £35K, however this is not capped so there is huge potential.
If you are driven and ambitious and can achieve your targets in year 1 there may be an equivalent salaried position offered from year 2 onwards. You’ll be interested to note that our staff retention rate is very high.
